I bought the course awhile back, when he first released it.
I do have to say that for how much you're paying, he's revealing a ton of information. I'm applying the course as best as I can while working a full-time job. I have 1 property under contract since last month which I'm trying to sell. Basically, I'm still getting use to the system.
Overall I give it a 9/10. You won't go wrong with this course, compared to others that I've bought in the past that cost much more.
