I completely get that, "buying all over the country", I'd like to be able to get there one day, and soon. Upon starting during a hott market I bought well and sold well, it's just that during the current market I'm not getting rid of it so easily. After some soul searching I come to the conclusion that I've become lazier.... Yeah, that's gotta be it, so I intend to step it up a notch. Any tips will help, thanks.
