I have been investing in RE for years. Own 33 rent houses, 3 commercial bujldings, build spec homes, etc.
I have never taken a course. I just bought 1 book:
"Buy it, Fix it, Sell it"
The rest you figure out as you go. It is not that complicated. Get after it. Go buy a house.
