I know I'm going to be long winded, so I apologize upfront. I bought CS's course back in 1995. I was blown away from what I learned. His course helped me greatly in my investment career. Carleton's course isn't the "end all to know all" course. No guru's course is. Investors have send tens of thousands of dollars learning about every aspect of real estate investing. Carleton is know of creative financing. Creative financing has always been around and isn't going anywhere. Matter of fact, it is more important now then ever before. Carleton taught the technique of "subject to" before it was called that. One book or course isn't going to make you a real estate mastermind. Carleton is a great foundation. Ask other investors questions to help you feel in the some of the blanks you might be confused on. Join your local Real Estate Investment Club. I can't stress this enough. Network with investors in your area. Ask questions on CREONLINE and other similar sites. I've seen a lot of people post in the Sheets forum being ticked off saying that "Sheets doesn't work". The reality is that they didn't work the course itself. Hope this helps.
