If your lease agreement specifically states that your tenant cannot conduct any type of business in about the premises, you can post a 3 day notice to vacate on their front door. This will (for sure) get your tenant's attention. Make it claer to them they are in violation of the terms and conditions of the lease agreement. At that point you have to deceide if you want to persue this matter through the courts or let it go. This is a tuff market for both landlords and tenants. Sometimes it's in the landlords best interests to look the other way. If your tenant otherwise is a good one and pays his rent on time le tit go. Don't sweat the small stuff. Good luck
