The length and wording of a 3 day notice is of course differt from state to state. You have to find out how your state requires you to serve this notice, the exact wording it requres you to use and so forth. What I was attempting to relay to you is the need to rattle your tenant's cage, that is get their undivided attntion. At that time you can have a serous chat with them about the terms and conditions of their lease agreeent as well as their (posible) violation of a local ordianance. Make it clear to your tenant's that niether you or the local authorities will torerate this condition. Again I state, if you wany to get rid of your tenant's persue this problem throught the local authorities, that is call the police the next time your tenant's deceide to operate their business in or on your premises and let them handle it. If your tenant's are otherwide good ones, they pay rent on time, then just let it go.
