If the person actually posted a 3 DAY notice as you suggested and has a state with a different requirement YOU will have recommended a course of action that INVALIDATES their entire eviction process possibly causing an additional month's delay depending on how the local court manages their calendar. One jurisdiction I work in will put you on next month's calendar for such a procedural error. I need to reply because your reply is damaging.
