I suspect I was in the same boat as you just 2 years ago.
2 years prior I wanted to be in RE. I read alot of books,attended free webinars like crazy, and anything else I could get info from(like this site) I got to the point that I was tired of being scared and realized the more I tried to learn the more it screwed me up. So I made the decision to learn 1 thing and thats it. So I picked wholesaling. stuck to everything wholesaling and in the last 4 months I have flip 4 deals and made just over 20k.
