My Mother is in nursing home but she still owes 20,000 on home that is value at 65,000 but needs a little work about 5,000 worth to fix up. How would I structure this deal. Should I borrow the money to own the house , or where would I get it from with my credit no so good. Need about 25,000 to make this deal work , under pressure to get it done real fast . Thank You .
