Thankyou for the response. Yes I do hve a rental property,with really good tentants. I am in the contruction business also, so I have a group of men that do work for me.
I am aware of, and how to protect myself with a LLC or an "S" corp.
I have been playing pingpong on how to finance this property. Should I take a LINE OF CREDIT out on a property that I own out right with an adjustable rate or should I take a fixed rate out considering the rates will go up in the nest year ot two?
